You have to look closely to even recognize the city limits - because the buildings in both cities almost merge into one another. The amenities include a large balcony (access from the kitchen) with a great view. The bathroom with corner bathtub, renovated in 2022, also contributes to your moments of well-being. The apartment includes a storage room in the stairwell and a basement compartment.
